All you need is 5 minutes

Life happens to all of us, doesn’t it?

This month has been a roller coaster for me, AND I’m actually enjoying the ride! πŸ˜‰

I have been pushing myself - trying new things, challenging my career growth while balancing my health, relationships, and passions. But somewhere along the way, I struggled to keep everything aligned.

Ever felt the same?

Whenever I talk to people about well-being, I often hear: "Time nahi mil pata hai" (I don’t get time).

That happens with almost everyone we have too many things in our bucket..

And my response is always the same: "Don’t you have even 5 minutes for yourself?"

We give 8-12 hours to work, 2-3 hours to our phones, and a few hours to family, but when it comes to our own well-being, we hesitate. That’s not how it should be, right?

Even on my busiest days, I take a few minutes to do something that contributes to my well-being. And guess what? The goal isn’t perfection; it’s consistency.
