Learn being alone not lonely

Here we are, halfway through 2025!! Can you believe it? Take a pause. Breathe.  Tell me how are you really feeling right now? Maybe you're feeling a little overwhelmed… Wondering how time flew so quickly. Maybe you're proud of what you’ve done so far, the new things you tried, the memories you made. Or maybe it hasn’t been easy and this year brought its own set of challenges. Whatever you’re feeling - it’s valid. It’s human. Life is made up of all kinds of seasons. Some fast, some slow. All you need is 5 minutes

Life happens to all of us, doesn’t it? This month has been a roller coaster for me, AND I’m actually enjoying the ride! 😉 I have been pushing myself - trying new things, challenging my career growth while balancing my health, relationships, and passions. Even on my busiest days, I take a few minutes to do something that contributes to my well-being. And guess what? The goal isn’t perfection; it’s consistency.  Once you start, you’ll likely keep going So ...

Become Stress-Proof with Smile

Recently, I heard an 8-year-old using words like "depression" and "stress." It made me wonder - where are they learning this from? The answer is from the people around them. Agree? This month, I want to talk about stress because it has become a common word we hear from almost everyone, across all age groups. Let’s begin with a smile! 😊 What is Stress? Is All Stress Real? Stress is a physiological response triggered by the release of cortisol in our body. Let’s take a step back in time. In ancient days, humans had to hunt for food while facing real dangers like wild animals. Whenever there was a threat, the brain would signal the body through this hormone called cortisol, preparing us to fight or flee. Fast forward to today - there are no wild animals roaming around, yet we still feel stressed, Why? Because in today’s world, anything that makes us uncomfortable feels like a threat. This stress mostly comes from: Comparisons Not meeting expectations Neglecting mind,...
